Trusty series created

Hello, everyone.

I just created a 'trusty' series and bzr branch for Getting Started
with Ubuntu 14.04.

Any bugs that we find in the current 13.10 version of the manual can
be fixed in the trusty repository so it'll be ready for 14.04.
