To all,
We are almost there. I have adjusted the Credits section to the xenial 
version or our manual. Also, I have decided to have one section called 
Authors, Editors & Reviewers instead of two sections, Authors and 
Editors & proofreaders. Please have a look at it and check if your name 
is spelled correctly. Have I included all the people who have 
contributed to this version? If not, please let me know.

I also added the following margin note to the "Using Software Center" 
section:

In Ubuntu 16.04 Ubuntu Software Center
is replaced by GNOME Software or simply
Software as the program is called. Ubuntu
Software Center can still be installed optionally
via Software.

Since there is no more proofreading in this final stage, I am not sure 
if this note is ok. Please let me know if you think it should be phrased 
differently.
