Title:
multi-seat stations in LTS
Status in multiseat package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
This is a wishlist item for the next LTS version:
Please add an option for installation of a mult-seat workstation to
the install disc for the next LTS version of Ubuntu.
This would boost uptake in small schools, libraries as well as in
homes with many children.
It will take some fiddling with X and maybe something in
/etc/udev/ruled.d/

LTSP is an option, but multi-seat has even lower infrastructure
requirements and can be used by itself or in conjunction with LTSP
