As Rubén stated there is a plugin for Drupal that allows it to query  
Launchpad for team membership.

There are two related projects.  The first allows Drupal to use  
Launchpad as the OpenID provider.  The second allows Drupal roles  
based on the user's membership in various Launchpad teams.
