thanks for the update.

My favorite'd be a slightly changed version of

"Ubuntu NGO Team, helping others to help"

namely

"Ubuntu NGO Team, helping to help"

as it fulfills requirements of a slogan: being short. As it's short it
could even be written in small letters under a logo.
