Hello everybody,

this mail is long overdue, but I wanted to update you on the list of
work items that we picked at UDS:

 * update our template for case studies that we publish
 * reach out to team member about his journey to Haiti and how the
   project went, so we can maybe get a report and discuss/publish it
 * reach out to team member about his journey to Sierra Leone and how
   the project went, so we can maybe get a report and discuss/publish it
 * organise monthly meetings
 * remind everybody on the mailing list to share their stories, so we
   can repost on the blog, etc.
 * try to get a story in Ubuntu User
 * investigate current ngo software packaging initiatives

At UDS we decided that we want to take on more manageable tasks as we
realise that the majority of this team is busy people. To get more
people involved and find out from everybody what would help them most.

Let's see how much interest the blog post gets as well.
