Using debuild to build in the current directory and using bzr builddeb are options with different advantages/disadvantages and I think we should explain both so people can choose their preferred workflow.

Separate issue: I'd like "bzr bd" usage to be dropped in favour of "bzr builddeb", acronyms by default are confusing.
