[Bug 1121795] Re: Fonts in Russian PDFs are broken

Here it is: https://bitbucket.org/birkenfeld/sphinx/pull-request/114.

Originally new sphinx release was planned for December/January, but it
is still not released, and they even didn't reply to my mail
(https://groups.google.com/d/msg/sphinx-dev/-ZKSt_IxMXY/zieq8euRvSoJ) :(

I'll try to ask them one more time about that, and if the result will be
negative, I'll cherry-pick some fixes to raring and then do a SRU.

This particular issue is minor, so I don't think it's worth backporting.

Title:
Fonts in Russian PDFs are broken

Status in Ubuntu Packaging Guide:
  Triaged

Bug description:
Russian PDF builds currently fall back to using cyrillic version of
Computer Modern fonts from cm-super-minimal package (before my today's
commit they were using rasterized fonts). This is not ideal, and some
parts (i.e. code blocks which are not monospace) are still broken.

Another problem was missing character map, I've proposed a pull
  request to Sphinx for that.
