[Merge] lp:~jibel/ubuntu-packaging-guide/autopkgtest_--source into lp:ubuntu-packaging-guide

This patch:
- Updates name of the release from Quantal to the current dev release Raring
- Removes references to the option '-b' which is now obsolete and replaced by '-S' that handles several source schemes and is extensible. This latter option is documentated.
