Quantal now builds fine, in Precise sphinx fails to build because of
some LaTeX warnings: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/134444075
/buildlog_ubuntu-precise-i386.sphinx_1.1.3%2Bdfsg-
7ubuntu1~12.04~ppa1_FAILEDTOBUILD.txt.gz, will investigate later.

Or maybe we can do something like "Build-Depends: python3-sphinx (>=
1.1.3+dfsg-6~) | python3-sphinx (== 1.1.3+dfsg-4ubuntu4+ppa2~12.04)"?
