[Bug 1798404] [NEW] **OUTDATED** - we should be using git instead of BZR for things.
Public bug reported:
Recent changes have resulted in Git being the new code base platform
rather than BZR, and as such the older packaging instructions are
incorrect.
The guide needs updated for Git-compatible functionality, so that new
users attempting to adjust package code aren't confused and don't run
into BZR-related problems.
