[Bug 1825744] Re: A typo in an external autopkgtest file link

Not sure if it warrants another bug report, so here's yet another patch
that basically cleans up after the previous one plus rectifies some
other broken links on the same page about autopkgtest.

1. The online version of running_test is the only one referenced on the
page now, thus the part in the parentheses got superfluous.

2. The reference name running_tests_local is misleading now after the
previous patch made it non-local, so I've got ridden of the _local part
in the name.

3. For DEP8, the link to the raw blob replaced with the link to the
rendered document.

4. For projects that migrated to Git, the dead links to
https://bazaar.launchpad.net replaced with the current ones on
https://git.launchpad.net

Title:
A typo in an external autopkgtest file link

Status in Ubuntu Packaging Guide:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
There's a typo in the URL linking to an autopkgtest README. The
simplest and most straightforward solution would be just to fix the
typo (see the first attached patch).

But I'm not sure it's the correct one. It presumes the packaging guide
being read on a Debian/Ubuntu box with autopkgtest installed. For an
EPUB or PDF file being read on a handheld device
(smartphone/tablet/e-book reader) this presumption is most probably
wrong. E.g. running the generated EPUB file through EPUBCheck gives me
  this message:

Found an external file link (file://) in file: '<p>The <a
  href="file:///usr/share/doc/au'.

Thus, I've also prepared another patch that replaces the link to the
locally installed documentation with link to the source of autopkgtest
  on https://salsa.debian.org

Use either one as you see fit (but not both, obviously).
