In the release notes https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/ReleaseNotes, we can 
see that "Camera, video decoding and audio output do not function. " for 
Nexus 7 (see "Device Specific Issues" section). I would say it's normal 
that you cannot see these videos. I have the same issue.
