Multilangual translations for Ubuntu Touch?

Has somebody already have thought about translation into other languages than english? With expanding Ubuntu Touch it should be standard for Core Apps and the system itself to have more languages than english.
Some languages Ubuntu touch should get:
-German
-French
-Spanish
-Chinese
-Portugese
-Arab
-Russish

I dont know how you want to manage it, but i could provide you my "power" to translate the UI + Core Apps into german.

Greetings from Germany, CeBIT

>As with last week, we are primarily focussing on the four core utility apps- Clock, Calendar, Calculator and Weather- as we introduced in Mika’s blogpost. It’s been really exciting to see the development work for these apps and they are coming along really nicely!

These are wireframes to communicate our ideas and key journeys, they are not visual designs.  The visual design will bring a greater level of detail and sophistication so watch this space!
