You can probably bzr push lp:~launchpad_id/session-manager/gt-n8000 or 
something along the lines and propose an MR agains lp:session-manager

Add a commit message to the MR and a Description if you feel people 
need to focus or do something to verify the MR is correct (probably not
needed for this MR).

No one does direct commits agains trunk.

That said, I would rather see these in an android property, but that is another
discussion.
