Probally is missing some stuff.. i mean  hybrids repo maybe not be branche
etc etc

I am supposing you are only doing a:

repo sync

So it is missing some stuff.

Do again a:

/usr/bin/phablet-dev-bootstrap -c <FOLDER>


And it build it again...

Should work, same happened to me
