Are you sure it's using this key to log in to bazaar.launchpad.net? Did
you set your launchpad login?

See `bzr launchpad-login`.

You should be able to `ssh username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx` - it will not
actually log in ("No shells on this server."), but there should be no
"Permission denied (publickey)." errors.
