hi,

since sergio started building the experimental raring rootfs zips we are
putting them next to the others on since today
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-touch-preview/daily-preinstalled/current/

they are named raring-preinstalled-phablet-armhf.zip
(images are listed alphabetically ordered, so you find raring at the
bottom, use that image instead of the
quantal-preinstalled-phablet-armhf.zip when flashing)

note that there are still plenty of known bugs in them ...
