[Patch] phablet project: build and project needed in manifest.

WPA Supplicant 8 Ti is needed for Motorola and Amazon devices.  The
following project needs to be forked and added to the manifest.

The following patch is needed to allow the amazon and motorola devices and
wpa_supplicant_8_ti to build.

The following project needs to be added to the manifest to allow OMAP
libbtvendor.so to build for bluetooth support.
