One Zip to Flash them all

Is there a tool available that can combine the bootstrap and preinstalled
files into one zip? I build the encore bootstrap, and that device has a
function that lets you run an OS from an SD, so I was wondering if I could
pass off the composite file as a version of CM so that it would take.
