I ran bootstrap -c and the repo updated and stated hybris and platform-api
were already branched, but the version was still easy behind. I did bzr
pull and they updated. Does bootstrap not update these?

On another note. I haven't been able to get a build to boot in months for
the droid RAZR. I thought that finally updating the Ubuntu components would
fix this.
