I agree, it hadn't been released and I have no complaints with the present Ubuntu Touch. Infact I prefer Ubuntu over any other OS. Initially, before Dev it was to be total Ubuntu on mobile so that when you connect it to display out the mobile mode changes to desktop.
I wanted complete OS for it's sheer flexibility.
