Hi Ayrton,
I've updated the instructions to make them a bit clearer. They can be
found here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/ReleaseNotes#Language_and_keyboard

However looks like you've run into a bug with pt_br. It does not appear
to be working as the keyboard won't appear at all with pt_br set as
active and enabled. I'll file a bug on this. I could change the it to
"pt" and see one key different but that layout looks like it has issues
as the space bar is not appearing.
