Nathan Haines: your answer is very aggressive, what was wrong with the idea
Randal proposed?

Motorola has this in the Smart actions apps.. You choose a time frame and
set how you want the phone to behave. I will be glad to have such an app on
Ubuntu. Simply said, you create a trigger and choose an action(list).  It
would be a plus if Ubuntu that out of the box
