[Development] rotate

When rotating Nexus 7 running Ubuntu Touch, only content rotates.
Edges (launcher on the left, indicators at the top, control elements
at the bottom) stay in place.
This behavior is different from Android. And it's confusing.
Any changes/patches in future releases?
