Hi!

We decided to simplify the PPA system. From now on:

== On Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, 12.10 and 13.04 ==

Use ppa:ubuntu-sdk-team/ppa

== On Ubuntu 13.10 (development version) ==

No PPAs needed, everything flows into distro archives. Some extras may
be sometimes provided beforehand in a PPA.

In other words, qt5-proper is now obsolete, all of its previous
contents is now at the SDK Release PPA. Of course, it does not hurt
anything if you keep the qt5-proper enabled, but it's not used
anymore.

http://developer.ubuntu.com/get-started/ will be updated later on to
remove the qt5-proper mentions.
