[   29.280792] throttle_delayed_work_fn: OMAP temp read 66200 exceeds the
threshold
[   29.280822] omap_thermal_throttle: temperature too high, cpu throttle at
max 700000

So it appears that the device knows it is overheating, but it's not helping
any
