Thats's the whole point of Ubuntu Phone's convergence with the desktop in
14.04. You already have what you're describing out there in the form of
"ubuntu for android". But... Running pc games on an arm cpu with a very
small gpu is not the best of mixes.

Wine is not really an option for large scale usage and gaming (especially
directx).

Well, the source engine seems to have been ported to linux, so more and
more valve titles will be coming to linux. Not to mention the humblebundle,
which always has some nice indie linux games in it. But not sure what's the
state (if any) of running them on ARM.
