For example, the windows game will look like a normal app. When it's clicked, the launcher/shell would run it with wine without known by the user. It's all seamless.

At this point, Wine cannot run x86 (Intel/AMD) games on ARM. But, as far as friendly interfaces go, PlayOnLinux is fairly friendly. CrossOver is the other option, but it does cost money. 

Personally, I don't think Wine is difficult to use, even without PlayOnLinux or CrossOver, but Linux is not Windows (very important idea), so there will always be trouble running Windows programs.
 

How would you suggest making Wine easier? Or, how is Wine difficult? I'd like to hear suggestions about that. With Steam coming to Linux, Wine is less important than it used to be, but Wine is still important.

There're quite many young people in China who has an android handset and no computer. They should be the mayjor marketing target of touch. Usually the handset is less than $400, but it's quite good with powerful cpu and large screen. With a docker and lcd screen, their hansets can be functioning like computers. They might be interested in this. 
 Just one issue ahead: what do they do with these computers? What's the killer apps? I think the answer should be PC games. And wine can help do this in no time. What need to do is just to make wine more usable and user-friendly.
