[Development] Note for installing on the Nexus 10
I'm working on installing Ubuntu Phone on Nexus 10 with android 4.3,
there's a missing step from the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Install
Once the device has been rooted, before it shows up in $ adb devices,
you need to enable the Developer options. To do this, go to:
Settings -> About tablet
Tap the "Build number" label at the bottom of the About tablet
section, even though it's grayed out. Tap it repeatedly and you'll get
popups that say things like "You're 2 steps away from becoming a
developer!". After some number of times (I'm not sure how many, I was
actually just mashing things on the screen in frustration when I
discovered it) it'll say something like "You are now a developer!" and
the Developer options menu item will appear on the left. After that
wonderfully designed interface choice, the Nexus 10 will show up in in
adb devices.
I'm sorry if someone already emailed about this, I skimmed over the
recent posts to the list and didn't see anything obvious.
