In the same way as we have the Desktop Background competition every 6
months it might be a good time to get the musicians on board with
ringtone and messing sounds.  With the winners being added to the
Phone images in the same way as the desktop backgrounds.

Any thoughts?
What's the best way to reach out to the community to make it happen?
What would the restrictions be, I'm assuming CC license of some sort,
original pieces of art and we need it in an audio version that Ubuntu
Touch can actually play.  Anything else?
