We updated and simplified the instructions a little bit.
> 2) bzr branch lp:~sergiusens/phablet-tools/flash_change
> phablet-flash community --device <vendor> (ie, i9100)
Now you should be able to just run:
bzr branch lp:phablet-tools; cd phablet-tools
./phablet-flash community --device <vendor>
