I'm working on a location aware app that will change profiles and run 
events based on areas or other triggers.  I don't mind if there's some 
system wide profile service that comes into being, but I'll try to make 
my profiles as open as I can...

Think Llama on Android for example.

Also depends on whether I can run daemons or something along those lines 
in the version 1.0 release.  But it's coming...
