It's best to use phablet-flash to download images. You can use it
without devices attached in download-only mode.
You have a few options: cdimage-touch (flipped images) cdimage-legacy
(unflipped) ubuntu-system (read-only flipped images) community (for
ports / other devices)
And within a few of them there are further channels, e.g. in
ubuntu-system there is stable, stable-proposed, devel, devel-proposed
channels depending on how stable or latest image you want to try.
If you have a device attached phablet-flash will flash the requested
images for you as well.
