Porting Ubuntu on Embedded Target

 I want to port Ubuntu-12.04 on Freescale QorIQ T4240QDS p
ow
er pc processor.

We have ported Embedded Linux using yocto opensource SDK. Now i need to
port Ubuntu-12.04 on T4240QDS can you please guide me how to start with
getting Ubuntu-12.04 source, build and port to the target.
