I have grabbed it from the link, and tried to install it. But still no luck. Below is the error message: 
sudo dpkg -i android-emulator_20131120-0225-0ubuntu2_i386.deb

 parsing file '/var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci/control' near line 7 package 'android-emulator':
 'Depends' field, reference to 'libstdc++6': invalid architecture name 'amd64': a value different from 'any' is currently not allowed
Errors were encountered while processing:
 android-emulator_20131120-0225-0ubuntu2_i386.deb

Is this deb file build for only amd64? 
Also, I try apt-get install,  but also no luck.

We had a few issues with the archive today, and the latest package
should be available soon.
