Hello all,

I have been trying to do a flipped port of Ubuntu touch for the htc one 
for a while now but I never managed to get past the quietly brilliant 
logo, yet it seems the init process is starting.

For some reason it's asking me for ./initlogo.rle even though I added 
debug.sf.nobootanimation=1 to build.prop

If anyone with more experience could help me figure out what is missing 
or needs to be removed in my init.rc or my build in general.
