And so it's not supported, and the documentation doesn't describe how to 
install on this unsupported platform because none of the supported 
resources will work.

This is why I pointed Christoph to the available resources for the 
in-progress work in case he decides he wants to install unstable 
software on his tablet, and let him know to continue watching the 
official documentation for when the support status changes.
