Indeed it's not, can we revert that dropping? Who decided to drop the current UI before having the new one in place?
Work is ongoing there, https://code.launchpad.net/~diegosarmentero/ubuntu-system-settings/support-click-updates/+merge/204885 But - that's a non trivial amonth of change - the status is "needs fixing" for over 10 days without activity- there was an agreement that those changes wouldn't land without testing in place, more work in needed for that to happen - there are some issues in the previous round of changes in the system updates and those need to be addressed before we land click support
In summary it's going to take some iteration before that work is ready to land, it we want to stick to our quality rules the reasonable thing to do seems to bring back the old software until the new work is landed
