I tried your config. It works! :)
Thank you!!!

I opened the settings and tried the sound for calls and for messages. 
Both worked.
I called myself with Skype and sound/mic worked both!
I wrote a message to the phone and I could here the message-sound.
Just the message sound had something like "vibrations" in it.

I'm very happy. Now my phone is phone. :-D
Please also take a look to my other mail, maybe you can use my 2 files 
to improve the N5 UCM config.
