This is the cm tree .

just from curiousity : 
Where would I get jfltexx 4.4.2 source and how would I use it with ubuntu touch tree (I thought ut needed cm10.1 with no dalvik)

and just a note / with phablet-dev-bootstrap . I always have to go through it fixing file links for libstagefright #include <"files".h>

Which phablet tree are you using?
With the old CM-based tree and the AOSP 4.2 and 4.4 trees all out there, 
it would be easier to help with the information, where to look.
