I have a new version of system-image in my PPA that should fix the traceback
Alan was seeing while manual downloading was enabled.  This is a follow up to
the previous fix (in s-i 2.1) for automatic downloading.  The scenario is
outlined in Test B in the s-i test plan:

I am going to propose a merge and request a landing silo, but in the meantime,
it would be great if you would test the package from the PPA.  Especially you,
Popey since you identified the original problem.  (BTW, thanks for the video,
it was really helpful for me to reproduce it and craft a test case.)

Note that Manuel is working on a new branch of ubuntu-download-manager and
we'll want to land these together.  As soon as his branch is ready, I'll
upload it to the PPA for further testing, but this particular issue was a bug
in s-i, so it's still valid to test this fix against s-i 2.2 without the new
u-d-m.
