This bug was filed today against r237 on mako:

I too saw it, but had messed around a bit with my image to test some other
things and wanted to for the next promoted image before reporting it. For some
reason I want to say it also happened with the previous promoted image, but I'm
not sure. Is this a known issue (idr seeing it in any of the ubuntu-phone
discussions).
