How are you running it?

If you are using qmlscene directly or via QtCreator, I suggest filing a bug using:
$ ubuntu-bug qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu

If via the Dash via an installed click, this is likely due to the change in
aa-exec-click-- it is now strict about running click apps under X. See
'man aa-exec-click' for details.
