Just an update on this: the messaging-app test fix won't land until the
next image promotion (after the current one) as it depends on a bunch of
other dependencies to be rebuilt with cherry picked changes that are
already in a existing silo. So messaging-app will get updated with the
fix when that silo lands (silo 18)
