Which image do you expect it to land into?

On image 250 I still see:
$ adb shell click list | grep gallery
com.ubuntu.gallery 2.9.1.927

Which matches http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/click_packages/click_list
(the manifest of click packages to be used in the image build)
