apparmor-easyprof-ubuntu tasks for all of these except 1197134 are blocked on
the other tasks in the bugs being fixed (ie, these bugs against
apparmor-easyprof-ubuntu are to move the policy groups from reserved to common).
1197134 is not a blocker (/dev/binder is already allowed in common policy groups).
