So, now that we have #272 with the fix built and confirmed, here is how 
to upgrade if you are in the situation with #271 where unity8 didn't starts:

1. with ubuntu-device-flash (full download or for phone without network 
access configured)
Connect your phone to your computer with an usb keyboard and run:
ubuntu-device-flash --channel=devel-proposed

2. system-image-cli (incremental download, if your phone has network 
access configured)
Connect your phone to your computer with an usb keyboard and run:
$ adb shell system-image-cli  (you can add -v to get some more verbose 
output as the process can take a long time)
The phone will reboot and upgrade once it finishes the download.
