I disagree here, you cant really control how many apps a user opens 2
will always kick in when there are enough apps open (no matter if they
are webapps or native)

also we need to be really careful with promotions now, the image we
promote now could theoretically be the release (if something weird comes
up and prevents further promotions) ... so in that light I think it
should be and stay a blocker...
