Looks like you are mixing sync evolution configuration. Are you adding
accounts using ubuntu online accounts interface?  Does not look like
since it is trying to save password on gnome keyring.

1) Make sure that you have "syncevolution-provider-uoa" installed
2) Could you remove your .config/syncevoltuion directory
3) Try to remove and add account again using ubuntu online accounts on
system settings.
